September 25th, Wednesday – Helsinki
• Explore Helsinki, known for its vibrant design scene, neoclassical architecture and maritime charm. Visit landmarks such as the Helsinki Cathedral, the Sibelius Monument and the Market Square.
September 26th, Thursday – Direct Flight from Helsinki to Rovaniemi
• Flight AY 533: HEL to RVN – Departure at 12:20, Arrival at 13:35
• Accommodation and dinner at Santa’s Hotels
September 27th, Friday – Rovaniemi
• Experience the magic of Rovaniemi, the official hometown of Santa Claus and the gateway to the Arctic. Activities and dinner at Apukka Resort, including autumn-themed events.
September 28th, Saturday – Travel from Rovaniemi to Tallinn
• Flight AY 532: RVN to HEL – Departure at 09:20, Arrival at 10:35
• 16:30 – Tallink ferry departure to Tallinn (business class)
• 18:30 – Arrival in Tallinn
• Transfer to Tartu, the university town and European Capital of Culture 2024 (2-hour drive)

• Visit Lodjakoda (Barge Chamber) theme park and a trip on the ‘Jõmmu’ barge on the river Emajõgi
September 30th, Monday – Setomaa and Return to Tallinn
• Breakfast at the hotel, check-out
• Drive to Setomaa (1.2-hour drive)
• Visit Värska Farm Museum to learn about Seto’s farm life and browse the museum shop
• Drive through “Saatse Boot,” a section of Russian territory on the road from Värska to Saatse
• Visit Obinitsa Museum, featuring exhibitions on Seto singing and Seto women’s history
• Dress-up in Seto traditional clothing and enjoy a Seto leelo concert, a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage
• Drive back to Tallinn (3-hour drive), dinner on the way
• Check-in to Hotel Nordic Forum
October 1st, Tuesday – Tallinn
• Guided walking and bus tour of Tallinn Old Town, one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval town centers and a UNESCO World Heritage site
• Lunch
• Visit the Estonian Maritime Museum Seaplane Harbour, featuring historic seaplane hangars, the Lembit submarine, boats, yachts, and naval artillery
• Dinner
October 2nd, Wednesday – Departure from Tallinn to NYC, Dallas or LA
